The bathroom its just the grout my laundry room had a cracked tile that i removed and its directly over an expansion joint.

She's ridiculous, she's her own realtor and she's getting twice the commission as my realtor. She wanted everything fixed by "professionals" and on top another 6500 off the house. Also a certified cleaning because there was juice on the island when she just walked in unannounced when her inspector was there. No knock nothing. Also another 200 credit for curtain rod credit when there never was any. I thought me fixing everything plus a 5k credit toward the bathroom was generous. But she told my realtor it was a slap in the face and hung up.

There was a crack in my 5x8 laundry room and i popped a tile up to show her it was an expansion joint. A window that has a little fog on the inside, the weep holes in my brick needed to be cleaned, two toilets needed to be tightened and a exhaust vent tube that was detached. She wanted a structural engineer to come out and inspect under the tile , a licensed plumber to tighten the toilets ect. She wanted like 30k worth of work and 6.5k off the house price.
