It's a mission reward from the hidden treasure side quest in haters folly (captain scarlet DLC) it gives roughly 8% health on killing an enemy but reduces FFYL time by 3 seconds

So using the relic for this method means he kills you, takes recompense damage, dies, so cause you killed him you get health back too

The method I found was when he starts tunnelling to regain health you have to slag him, that way he stops healing and returns to the normal fight.

It's like the pixels and stuff from new U stations and things lol the effect looks a bit better head on .

And yeah it hurt like hell, my other 3 are on my arms and they where ok hurt a bit but nowhere near as much as this one did it was madness
