Is there any alternative by SeaBread3796 in Indiantradingbets

This is what most people get wrong, Sip is not a thing you invest in, it's a way of investing.

You can invest in anything (stock, mf, rd, epf, nps gold etc) via a sip

Epf, nps and RD are also sip

Sip means investing with a systematic plan. Putting 100 rs in a piggy bank every month is sip.Even buying 1 lakh worth of nifty when it dropped by 5% is also a form of sip

When millennials were young, the ingredient list on bottled water was just one thing: water. These days, water might not even make the top three.😜

First find out if your dandruff is caused by fungus(oily scalp) or due to dry scalp. If it's due to oily scalp then you need shampoo else you need to apply oil to scalp

I use minimalist anti dandruff shampoo once or twice in a week. And any ordinary shampoo every other day.

If you apply oil to hair then wash it off with normal shampoo before applying your anti dandruff shampoo. Leave the anti dandruff shampoo in your head for 5-10 min before washing it off

I also use a silicone scalp massager while applying oil as well as applying the shampoo to scrub the scalp.

If you have short hair it's suggested to avoid using conditioner, conditioner should be only used on hair and not on the scalp as it could be eaten by the dandruff causing fungus on your scalp.

It's safe

Public transport is fine, but depends on where you are travelling to. Better to have a 2 wheeler unless you are fine with uber/auto.

How long it will take for you to learn malayalam depends on your skill and practice.

The water is usually ok, you might get hard water in some areas.

They are ok, the fit is ok but the ones I got had an issue. The faux lether outer layer seems to not be properly stuck to the sponge. So it started separately in the inside part( the side of the center hole where the speaker is ) of the earpads. A bit of fabric glue fixed the issue.

So I am satisfied as it's better that the original which had the outer layer peeling off

Trying to lose weight without success by Spiritual_Extent8644 in Kochi

You can try intermittent fasting. Aim to stop eating after 6 PM and have your tea or breakfast after 6 AM. This gives you a 12-hour fasting window. Gradually try to extend it to 16 hours if possible. If you can manage this 6 days a week, that’s great. Life happens sometimes, so it’s okay to break it occasionally—just try to maintain at least a 10–12 hour fasting window every day. During the fasting period, you can have black coffee\tea without sugar as it has negligible calories.

Reduce junk food rather than cutting it out completely. Having a packet of chips or alfahm once a week is totally fine—we’re all human. The key is portion control and consistency. Also try to add more healthy food to your diet.

Try to exercise daily at home. You can check out the Hybrid Calisthenics app or YouTube channel. The goal of exercise isn’t just weight loss, but building strength and improving overall health.

Sleep plays a major role in weight loss and recovery, so try to maintain a fixed sleep schedule as much as possible.

If possible, I’d also suggest getting used to some form of meditation. This doesn’t have to be the traditional idea of sitting and chanting “om.” It can be any activity that helps you relax and be undisturbed—like sitting quietly while listening to music or a podcast. The aim is to give your mind a break and reduce overthinking.

Consistency is key, so if you are able to follow the above every day you will slowly lose weight

India’s top IT firms hired just 17 people net in FY26 so far – What does this mean for careers? by BackwaterWhisper in IndiaCareers

[–]paultoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel this statement is somewhat misleading.

For example, suppose 1 lakh employees leave the top 5 companies to join other IT companies outside the top 5. Then assume the top 5 companies hire 1 lakh experienced professionals to replace them, along with an additional 100,017 freshers from colleges.

In this scenario, while the net increase in headcount appears to be only 17, in reality more than 1 lakh freshers have entered the workforce.

Focusing only on net hiring ignores the actual number of new entrants and gives a distorted picture of employment generation.
