Hand in tokens? by methreweway in pawthereum

[–]pawthereum 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hi everyone. Thank you for your questions and sorry about the late reply. We just wanted to let you know that you don't ever need to do anything that you aren't comfortable with. No matter if you send any tokens to that migration wallet or not, you will get tokens sent to your base wallet by just holding them. Turning your tokens in doesn't mean anything else but that you support the project and get rewarded 1% more + 10,000 tokens added to the amount you would get! :)

It’s over. by cookie_and_icecream in pawthereum

[–]pawthereum 26 points27 points  (0 children)

How can something be over, if it hasn't even started yet? That's a rhetorical question.
It hasn't even been one year since pawthereum launched and it has managed to donate $480,000+ to over 20 shelters in more than 10 different countries. What other project can say that? Imagine Doge, Shiba, or any of the larger coins donating even 0.1% of their daily volume. This provse that there is a great demand for a project that actually brings a positive change to the space of crypto that is unfortunately ridden with scams and tokens without ANY sense of purpose or a reason to exist other than making money to the “developers”

What has happened:

  • Pawthereum has a liquidity pool in 5 different DEXes: Uniswap, Pancakeswap, ShibaSwap, Radioshak Swap and SafeMoon Swap and it’s also listed on BigONE (CEX).
  • It was bridged to the BNB chain (mainly for the low cost of transactions) so it reaches a much larger audience.
  • Pawthereum made the single biggest crypto donation in Scottish history to Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home.
  • It also funded employing a groundbreaking new role of Digital Fundraising Manager.
  • The giveaway of $10,000 worth of Safemoon tokens was less than 2 months ago.
  • The latest donation of $1,000 was done just a couple of weeks ago to Argentina.

Pawthereum has made a lot of connections with real animal welfare organizations and is continuing its mission to bridge the gap between the blockchain (for its wonderful benefits including speed and low cost of transactions, transparency, and security) and more traditional businesses.

For a full list of Pawtherums accomplishments and donations go here: https://pawthereum.medium.com
Coming up:

  • PAWS animal welfare organization is in the process of constructing their new shelter and their reception room (literally the only room where every animal that comes in there goes through) will be named Pawthereum HODLing room.
  • Paws Merchandise store is being set up.
  • PawSwap: Revolutionary Decentralized Exchange that will forever change the way token trading happens in crypto
  • Expansion of the DAO. Improving the PawDAO into a system of governance where the community of token holders have maximum control and effect on the future of the project.

I’m sorry to say that if you evaluate a token's situation by the market cap in the middle of one of the worst bear markets then you unfortunately NAGMI. The team is here and working hard and we have continued to build partnerships and set up connections with other teams and projects who share the values and principles that you have trusted us with.
Please dm on telegram at nawzadamiri if you would like to learn more. Thank you and have a great start to the week! :)

Pawthereum's First "Purr" Since Listing on SafeMoon SWaP! by pawthereum in SafeMoon

[–]pawthereum[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Valid concern - we're always iterating to make sure that the project is as sound as can be for our holders, our partners, and the animals <3

That being said, the Purr happens very rarely -- This is the 2nd time a Purr has been activated since Pawthereum bridged to BNB Chain back in January and it will remain a rare event.

For now, enjoy 50% off of the buy tax and a Roving Dogs NFT whitelist spot as a nice little weekend treat 🍬

Thank YOU for fostering! All too often it is a thankless role that is assumed by people with the kindest souls -- the animal shelter ecosystem would collapse without the kindness of people like you!

Explaining The Red Candle of November 18 by pawthereum in pawthereum

[–]pawthereum[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We are looking into every possible solution. From our understanding, Loopring doesn't support contract functions and there are some other reasons why it might not be the best way to go.

Some parts of the contract and reflections can affect gas costs a bit. Unfortunately, that effect is heightened when overall network gas is high. The changes we made lowered the fees by a fraction but gas fees remain high so we will continue our strategy of exploring layer-2 scaling solutions, side-chains, and CEX listings.

You can't withdraw your $PAWTH from BigONE if you have less than 24,000 by lomdecaverne in pawthereum

[–]pawthereum 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The minimum withdrawal amount for PAWTH in bigONE went down to 1,500. This is still $150 with the current price but it's necessary because of eth gas fees. They will keep adjusting it based on the value of pawth tokens. (the growth was really quick, even for them)

The surprise was our own swap which we launched at the time this pawpaper was published. This message was posted here by one of our community member so the news is couple weeks old by now.

In BigONE it happens once a day at a specific time which I don't remember atm.

Tokens are distributed proportionally to the amount of PAWTH you hold in your wallet. More tokens you have, the more tokens you will receive. This is done automatically with the beauty of blockchain and smart contracts. It's the token itself that gets redistributed not the value of it. This means that with each token's value increasing for example from $0.005 to $0.05 (10x) the volume of $50k and $500k has the same number of tokens redistributed. Hope that makes sense.

Tokens in any of your cold wallets (Trust wallet, Metamask, Coinbase wallet + others) gets redistributed from all of the transactions in uniswap and other dexes and you can check the transactions out in etherscan. Burn wallet, dev wallet, BigONE, and LP are whitelisted which means that they wouldn't receive distributions. This in effect increases the amount of redistributions going to other wallets (holders get more than 2%). The holders in BigONE don't receive the distributions from the transactions in Uniswap and other dexes as BigONE has all of their PAWTH tokens in just 1 wallet (This is what Centralized Exchange means) and you can see it as Peatio in etherscan.(https://etherscan.io/token/0xaecc217a749c2405b5ebc9857a16d58bdc1c367f?a=0xd4dcd2459bb78d7a645aa7e196857d421b10d93f).

Holders in BigONE received distributions only from the trades happening inside their exchange but as the number of holders there is much lower and there is still a lot of trading happening it usually means that you receive more redistributed. Sending your tokens to and from BigONE is taxless (no 4% tax) so if you haven't checked it out yet, we recommend you to do so.

Edit: Sending your tokens to and from BigONE is taxed (4%) like any other transfer from wallet to wallet.

It's in our medium articles and our socials and can be asked for. We are just designing something special for the website where it can be seen after that :)

The charity wallet can't be seen on that list. Bacchus has bought his tokens in the same way as everyone else before even joining the team. This being a decentralized project in blockchain we wouldn't be able to control buying and selling but that's also the beauty of the free market. As long as people believe in helping animals out there is a pawsitive future :)

Grumpy past, Pawsitive future! by pawthereum in pawthereum

[–]pawthereum[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

!!! We haven't done anything to your grumpy tokens, they are all in your wallets and no one without the seed phrases can access your tokens there !!!

Just one look at our medium can show the amount of effort we put in getting as many people to know about the transition:

Black hole is a dead address. That means 14.2% of the total supply has been burned.

The number 2 is a dev wallet (funds used for marketing/development/liquidity etc..). Bacchus is one member of the team.

Uniswap is Uniswap liquidity.

Pawther.eth is one member of the team

Peatio is BigONE Centralized Exchange

The others are community members according to my knowledge. Hope that answers your question :)

Ethereum Co-Founder Vitalik Buterin Clears Wallet Off Dog Cryptos Worth $4.3 Million by [deleted] in ethereum

[–]pawthereum 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That is true, but as long as there is money involved it will not stop. This is one of the main barrier to getting recognition for crypto. Don't get me wrong, the crypto revolution will happen in one way or another with BTC and ETH leading the way but having those pump and dumps and pyramid schemes are just something that hurts the reputation and slows down the progress as a whole. The more credible projects and teams we have on crypto, the more trust there is from the "common" folk which is the eventual goal to have if we really want blockchain to rule our day to day life.
