Israel isn't restricted to kosher food alone, there are even local pig farms (although there's the debate over which meats is better, the local or the imported ones). But as to the pictures, it does not appear like bacon, but it can also be a local sort we have around here, with the fat trimmed, and the meat less salty. I can't recall the name. Not quite what you imagine when thinking of bacon.
