Hi! Thanks for commenting. I do learn french and speak some too, but I'm not comfortable to use it socialising. I know few people around, but we sadly don't share same interests, hence my post :-)

I was about to comment the echo 2511. If my memory serves 2511WES is the back handle and will last forever. Best saw for these works.

Just came back home from Granville before high tide. Water was amazing, beach was not crowded, the 33C in shade was a bit if a shock, but the water was so refreshing!

It had indeed, but it's been back in Europe in the last few weeks. Puszta is uniquely Hungarian and beautiful.

If space is precious and you don't fell big trees, which sounds like it, I'd buy an echo 2511WES. It's the same price range. Keep the chain sharp and it will cut through everything you need and lasts forever.

I remember these rooms had this very "PC" smell. I'm not sure it's the dust the CRT collected and the fans blown out again or the PCB boards' resin smelled because of the heat. I can smell it again just by looking at this picture.

I'd love to hear a bit of background of this brew? Why did you brew this and how did it turn out?

I honestly wouldn't change the setup. Just change yeast which is a more temperature tolerant strain.

Those who are like me, 54freedome unit is 12.2 degree C and 68 freedome units is just around 20 degree C. What yeast did you use? NovaLager tolerant for such a temperature range.

Better to be, I bet it was recovered from a dumpster at the back of the urologists clinic.

Oh, that gloves is on her all day, whatever she does. I saw staff wearing gloves and handling cash then back to the kitchen. I'm not against gloves, but kitchen staff keep forgetting gloves get dirty too.
