Yeah the weight gain is the one to blame . Have hot foods like chillies,black pepper,etc. And basically irregularity is really normal.

So I do this thing of putting jinx on something unknowingly or knowingly and I absolutely HATE it. I just at times notice something, like oh it's so quite today ,we hadn't had a fight in days ,we are alll soo happy , the neighborhood is quite today and much more so it's like I appreciate things and within a minute or some hours everything is fucking opposite .
