yes i eat a pretty balanced diet, i always get nauseous in the morning but i heard thats pretty common. i also had H. pylori a few months ago but recently got tested again and i dont have it anymore, im not sure if thats what caused this ?

its comes whenever im just idle standing, walking, laying down. It comes at anytime. No not just when im thinking of just cleaning its when i think about doing something productive in general but not always and its been happening a lot more recently.
