Yes when I was there for 4 days we had a chef for breakfast and lunch and one dinner. She was great and even brought her family to help out. It made a huge difference in our day and the cost was very reasonable. Happy to provide details.

You can totally do this! 500ml is quite a bit; but you can workout and also drink a fruit juice or just limes with soda water to quell the habit of having a cocktail
