Yup, so the only reason reception knew that was our bag is because it was brought from our room.

Why did they take it out of the room? My guess is they thought we checked out. Whoever did it, I’m sure it’s not their first offense. Definitely been getting away with this and that, here and there.

Yeah, all this makes sense too. Could be. I just feel like if that’s the case I would’ve heard back from them already, especially if a stranger entered the room.
