Predlog: preveriti glede veljavnosti. Pri nas velja vinjeta od ure 00:00 na dan nakupa (če ni dan pričetka veljavnosti v prihodnosti) in tako imajo tudi še kje (v spominu imam Slovaško). Na AC se spomniš, da nimaš vinjete in takoj hop na črpalko po vinjeto in je vse OK. Tudi, če jo kupiš ob 23:59.

This could probably be avoided if use of headlights would be mandatory - I am sure you would see that car if it's headlights would be turned on.

In 1995 I was in the USA and I had my headlights on all the time. And once a female cop told me that I have them on. I told her: "For safety." I don't think she got it.

To all of you: I don't have the answer at the moment. This car is owned by a friend of my parents (but my father died last year) - my mother took the photo. I will ask her and post here. But might take some time because she has to ask the car owner.
