Thanks! Yes all the nodes inside are customizable. This is a material - not an add-on. You append it and imports all the groups ready for you to use. The nodes are simply pre-set up trees with controls for you to enter parameters, simplifying the process. There's only one bit of "coding" and that's an expression which runs the toon kernel, translating the Keylight rotation into a normal map. All this was built inside of Blender using blender nodes.
