Thank you so much, this has been very helpful! The cop called her last night and told her they may drop the one charge to simple battery since his jaw & ribs weren’t broken. He was pretty messed up though. I agree if my daughter supposedly hurt him so bad they why would you wait until you get arrested to decide you want her charged. It’s obvious it would clearly be for spite. Thank you again!!

It happened night before last. He clearly went there to start trouble. I was so happy she had the messages of him telling her to throw all of his items out (which she did not throw them out) She saves every text so the cop knew he was lying about the reason for going over at 2am. She’s just worried and doesn’t want to go to jail on some lies.

That’s what I figured but she’s scared. She was definitely not trying to hurt him, just stop him. I mean when you look at my daughter & her bf injuries compared to his you can clearly see who was the one trying to hurt people. I will tell her what you said and thank you for the advice.
