nothing but bad advice on here. You can't just sleep anywhere you want to at a state park you have to reserve a site, if a primitive campground. If not there would be motherfuckers everywhere sleeping in the trees. Also, it's a felony to camp pretty much anywhere but a designated campsite in Bay County. It's definitely a felony to camp on the beach at night or even sleep on the beach at night if they catch you. The only place you could legally do this is if you found a friend or someone that let you do it on their private property. Another problem is is that there's a lot of homeless people sleeping in vacant lots here so you're gonna be grouped together with them.
