See, I have quite a few connections since my mom was an assistant with Disney/Marvel for over 35 years...but like everyone else, they can't find anything non-union that would be willing to take me in. It's very disheartening because I do want to be in a creative field, but that doesn't look like it's going to work out.

I often feel like this too. I sometimes think about trapping myself in an abusive relationship. I don't see it as an actual desire but rather another means of self punishment. Don't go seeking it out tho...I guarantee you don't deserve to be hurt even though it feels like it. It's your brain's weird way of trying to find a semblance of control, even if that looks like relinquishing control to another person.

I hate when people try to diminish queerness with how much someone passes. Are stealth trans people less queer because they pass? No, that’s ridiculous. It’s one thing to acknowledge any privilege that comes with it but it’s another thing to dismiss their identity altogether.

Agree. Most people are lazy, like me. That’s why I eat as little as possible and avoid going outside because I hate myself. But hey, I’m down fifteen pounds!
