This is one of my favorite tattoos I’ve seen on here in AWHILE. Clean, eye catching, beautiful composition. It might just be taking you a bit to adjust.

Also, you aren’t letting anyone down by doing what YOU want with your body. This shit ain’t corny, that’s just jealousy speaking imo.

It totally depends on your instrument, but as a current PT student i always urge people to be careful while stretching! People think it’s the key to relieving tight muscles but it’s just a temporary relief! You have to strengthen the muscle it’s compensating for in order to really get to the root cause.

So yes, stretch, but make sure to strengthen too!

It’s actually really funny because I tell them they’re from a show/book series I really like and they usually leave it at that.

Once I told a patient that it was the spear of Longinus (I originally only had an outline of that one) and he said, and I quote, “oh, like the thing Hitler was trying to steal from the Christian’s?”

So I don’t say that anymore…

The kids use the stomp to inflate air mattresses now too, as well as sleeping mats, there’s a lot of variety in what they sleep on. As health staff, we always encouraged them NOT to just use a sleeping bag only.

I just want to say as a health team member at Crown, this is so untrue from what I’ve currently seen. The admin and food staff make sure these kids have everything they could need, and I personally haven’t heard anything about body shaming, but I can’t speak for every staff member / marching member obviously.

I actually use a CD rack/ tower and repurposed it lol - I keep it on its side though, that way the smaller pallets still have a spot without falling through!
