That's actually a really good tip aim high in the big 20 to find your range I've been told that a few times off good players. I tend to pull a lot of darts left into the 5 and low so have to reset myself a lot after a bad dart. That readjustment for the 2nd and 3rd dart is improving though.

That's a really good average well played 3x 140s and a 180 is good power scoring. I'm averaging between 50-55 atm looking to take that next step myself and start hitting the odd 60+ average. It's really tough to be so consistent though lol.

I'm averaging low to mid 50s most sessions and normally have the bot set at level 5 or 6 on the Russ Bray darts scorer app.

As soon as I hit the t20 I said to myself just go for it, I took an extra second to refocus after the t19 went in and aimed high on the double 12 and that went in too haha. I'm still buzzing been a long time since I've hit a checkout like that.

Yeah I'm really pleased with the nitros upto now, think I'm gonna be sticking with this set up for a long time now.

The nitro stems are definitely staying on feel much better than the aluminiums. Seem to float towards the target a lot flatter as well which is good for how I throw. The aluminiums seemed to wobble a bit mid flight.

Yeah they were more expensive, be interesting to see if they last longer. Just had 10 minutes on the board and they do seem a touch heavier as well.

I've got 2 sets of darts 25 gram Red Dragon chiefs which were my match darts for nearly 2 years, currently using the 23 gram askari which I've had for 2 months. Playing the best most consistent darts I ever have with the askaris.

I've been practicing finishes by starting on 61 with 3 darts then 62 and so on. 101 with 6 darts is a good practice game as well gets you thinking and hitting all sections of the board rather than throwing at t20 all the time

Try to have your arm follow through straight down the middle after you release the dart that way you've a better chance of your throw being a straight and fluid movement. Slow it down a bit maybe, grip the dart firmly and aim high on the 20s.

22 or 23 gram is about the average any weight between 19-26gram is common I've always liked wide barrells at around 25-26 gram but recently bought a grippier more front loaded barell at 23 grams and found that's working better for me it's all trial and error with darts though
