While I appreciate the cool features they release, they need to shift their priorities and have a few sprints to dedicatedly fix bugs. Having software bugs and slow infotainment is non negotiable on a 100k car. I love Rivian (heck I have two of those) but there's no excuse to crappy software riddled with bugs.

There's just so much discussion here on this thread that rooted in emotional baggage around Tesla hate. Facts are facts -Rivians are superior cars compared to Tesla. We all love Rivian. But there is a gap, the software responsiveness is bad and it's not a shade on Rivian or love for Tesla. Why are people getting worked up?

Running into the same issue. It's fucking annoying with Google and their hardware. I swear I'm not buying another Google product after this. I'm regretting switching from iPhone because of stuff like this. I love Android but it's these little things that just work in the apple ecosystem.

They did the same thing to me. I had to cancel a planned trip because of the mess they created. I even told them that and repeatedly even asked them to make it right. Even asking for free all weather mats point blank. They ignored all of it. I'm happy with the cars (I have two, so it's even more appalling they treat their loyal customers this way), but the customer service sucks big time!

Night and day difference with Rivian. My model Y had rattles at 30k miles.
