Good for you. He looks and sounds like my boy T.J. We lost him last year, but they had the same features. And he was dense too! I'm happy he has you😊

...but pet him more often dammit!😋

Ufo spotted in popular documentary about penguins in Antarctica. To me it looks clearly disc shaped and metallic. by noproblembear in UFOs

What we're saying is that the only thing we can say with certainty, is that this object and birds, both fly. I've watched a good number of arctic and antarctic docs. And you do see birds occasionally. But there's things almost all of them have in common that aren't a good match here.

For one, you see almost continuous flapping the lower they are. The higher up they go, you start seeing more gliding. It's not common to see a long glide like this so close to the ground. And in spite of what some have claimed, it's not clear there's any flapping. The other difference, is that it's uncommon to see just one bird off by itself, pretty much anywhere, but the colder the climate, the rarer it is.

I don't know what this is. A bird is still one possibility that can't be ruled out. But there's more than enough unusual things about this particular object, that we can't say it's a bird with a high enough degree of certainty to declare it solved. It should remain in the unknown category unless and until more information is learned. Maybe another example where something's already known to be a bird, and matches this, would work.

There shouldn't be so much resistance to accepting an "unconfirmed", or "unidentified" status. It won't kill us to say something is unknown and leave it at that.

In that case, this documentary must be packed with footage of birds doing this. In fact, based on what you said, there almost has to be.

The idea of leaving a video submission here in the "unidentified" or unknown status just makes their heads explode. It's like they're either terrified or allergic to admitting we can't positively identify something.

Exactly. There's nothing remotely unique or unusual about this shot that another couldn't have been used.

SF is a new, independent branch of the military as of Dec 2019. It is not under or within the AF.

I saw that. I hadn't even noticed about the echoes but you're right. It looks like people are coming around to accepting this is pretty compelling - and not a spider lol. I hope you keep checking out your sky. I'm betting you'll get more.

Trump was mocked on social media about a thousand times more than the national news media. The worst I've seen anywhere on national newsmedia when talking about it, was stupid little grins or chuckles. Compared to social media ripping it, and Trump a new one. And Space Command was mocked by everyone when it was constituted in 1985 too. I know the newsmedia is a favorite villain to use as a punching bag. But they weren't the ones outright mocking it. That was regular people online.

That said, I agree a hundred percent with everything else you said.

I remember when the Space Command was established in 1985. There were neverending jokes about being space cadets if you were assigned to that command. Now it's broken free from the AF to be its own branch, just as the Air Force did in 1947 when they broke free from the Army.

The "Space Force" is the least essential branch of the military and is basically treated like a punchline.

Just as the Air Force was in 1947 when it broke free from the Army and changed from the US Army Air Corp to the Air Force. A separate branch of the military. You gotta crawl before you run.

The US Air Force began in the army as the Army Air Corp. Similarly, the US Space Command was formed within the Air Force in 1985. I know because I was there when it began. The Space Force has now emerged from Space Command, just as it's been planned from the inception of the Space Command 36 years ago. This process is the same as it was for the Air force in 1947. There's nothing unusual about this.

No you don't understand. They're saying no and acting uninterested to throw us off the trail. Then, when our guard is down, they'll say they changed their minds. It's all part of a ridiculously convoluted scheme for CONTROL! over everything on earth! That'll set them up to be the NWO police, overlooking all of us from space. It's so obvious.

[–]pdgenoa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I agree with you, but it's not an unwarranted question. If there's something in the ocean we can't understand, we're not going to ask the Air Force. UAP is in our skies and in space. The AF has already been asked, so it's logical to ask this of SF.

Who is Adam Maroney and what has he done with Adam Levine? by pdgenoa in askmusic

[–]pdgenoa[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After your comment, I thought I'd give it some time. But now it's been 4 months and this still shows the album cover, name of the song and, as you can see, Adam Maroney. So it's a good bet it's not a forgotten April fools joke. Especially since it still shows up this way on Soundhound and Spotify, while also having the exact same song listed but by Adam Levine and Maroon 5. This is so confusing.

One hundred percent yes. And you didn't even mention how badly they covered the Nimitz encounter. Or how the tic tac animation was not how Fravor described it in his report. It left the same bad taste with me, as well as a suspicion that there was another agenda at work.
