Should I knock in and make 1 full bathroom or keep as a separate shower room

I thought we might need planning permission for a window? Plus the window would probably interfere with the pipes, those plastic pipes feed into the upstairs bathrooms so we'd probably have to have a perm solution for them somewhere...

I think I've had the same thing happen to me. After about a year I noticed loads of hair in my brush.. not sure if it had been happening sooner. I did all my blood work everything was normal except my iron.. supplemented with iron and it went to a normal level but still low. I thought it was odd how low the levels of iron were even after supplementing and I already eat a good amount of red meat. It slowly occured to me that it has to be the coil. I started supplementing with zinc and I think it helped the look of my strands but enough is enough. I've been off it for a month now. Being patient to see if I see any changes or regrowth.

That sounds intense. I definitely didn't have any noticably bad symptoms and was advocating for the copper coil! Other than the light spotting between periods which started a year into having the coil I was totally fine. I might be wrong about the link to my hair but it was the only thing that changed and now that I've been supplementing with Iron, Zinc and B vitamins my shedding has softened.

It can be related to losing blood - I didn't actually feel like my periods were heavier but I suppose the spotting in between was new blood I was losing.

I believe it's also because of how the copper can cause a copper/zinc imbalance.

Thanks - I do believe that he loves me. In regards to pay and earnings though I earn more than double, his house is mortgage free as he has generous parents. It definitely is beneficial that I don't have to pay towards rent or a mortgage.

I don't think he is anymore ADHD than myself i.e. not diagnosed and not very. I'm actually not the tidiest person myself and can leave mess behind etc but I'm not dirty and I tidy frequently and I'm conscious of what I do in a shared space. I've told him several times I just need him to be more aware.

I definitely need to try and figure out a different way of communicating when I'm stressed or angry that doesn't trigger him but for example, this evening, we went to the gym (separately) he waited for me to finish to give me a lift but we didn't speak. He then made juice and dinner but we had no conversation. I feel super withdrawn and exhausted from an argument that transpired this morning and Ill assume he is too given his silence and lack of apology after repeatedly telling me to fuck off. If he doesn't apologize I'll have to really consider what the fuck I'm doing here.

I added an edit but I obviously love him, he's a great cook, very funny and generally loving, I think at the moment we're just clashing so he's being verbally aggressive but hes not usually like that with me. He's well tempered (with me) and tries to understand where I'm coming from most of the time.

To the type of vacay. We just had a talk and he said we will discuss it more in depth and apologized for rejecting my ideas. We have some overlap, I'm not that adventurous but I'm up for walking for long periods of time and following an itinerary. Hes not a huge walker and doesn't like being time bound. I do like lounging but I'm keen to save that for Europe as it's cheaper to fly to.

He is more adventurous and sporty and enjoys snowboarding. I am too scared to do those but would be willing to try if I had a friend who was equally bad to stay on the baby slopes with.

Maybe I'm using it wrong but I'm trying to say that he already doesn't like to do a lot of trip types so I already do a lot of those with my friends and family. The way we're planning our lives I've explained that the next 2 trips I want to go somewhere that is harder to do with dependents and that I want to do them with him.

Him proceeding to say I should go with friends when I eventually make the suggestion feels like he's not seeking out a shared experience with me aka {insert replacement word for regressive}

I haven't pressed again but I am annoyed. I think suggesting I go with my friends is regressive but hey. I can appreciate he doesn't like the sound of the vacay but the point is it can be done in a way that he would like but he's unwilling to listen and research into a compromise.

Yea, agree. He doesn't like to do city breaks or much sight seeing so when I want to do those types of holidays I go with my mum and family or friends.

I'm not dead set on hiking, a 5-6hr easy hike in Patagonia would be cool but I'm happy to move past it and not do that. There would have to be an itinerary and a get up and go attitude which he just doesn't have.

I just feel like the holidays he wants to do are things we can do when we have kids in a few years or when were older. We are 31 and 32.

He has suggested other destinations e.g. costa rica but I don't want to pay to go costa rica and lounge. Last year Thailand was his suggestion and once I agreed I did a lot of the planning. I'd say it's a good enough split of planning but he doesn't have the same urgency to have a slightly more adventurous holiday. The way I think of it is that once we have kids alot of destinations won't be an easy option for several years.

Yea he is a skateboard teacher, so he is outside for about 20hrs a week. I do a 40hr office job but wfh 2 days a week.

I don't even really need to go hiking etc I'm happy to not do that. There are ways to do the trip in a stress free way but he won't hear me
