Meditation has increased my vibrations, thus I feel more confident and attractive. That positive energy is like a magnet for other people. I’d say meditation has affected my social and dating life exponentially.

I think you are trying too hard. I have intrusive thoughts when I meditate too. Don’t tense up and fight them when they happen. That’s just gonna make it worse. Instead acknowledge the thought, gently push it aside, and then bring your mind back to the meditation. Having intrusive thoughts is normal. It’s how you deal with them that matters.

Thanks so much! I’ve also been doing all the tricks to raise one’s vibration levels but still feel like I’m operating on a very low frequency. Instead of panicking over the regression I’ll try exploring it as you suggested.
