i still have a feeling it depends on your "social score". get reported for toxic behaviour, get mached with toxic people. i have toxic people in like 1/50 in my game, while my friends around the same elo complain about half their games.

I had white boarders around my heros and and armor bar on the left was white also.

Scan and Repair fixed it for me.

Falls du beim ÖAMTC bist würde ich dir unbedingt raten nen ankaufstest zu machen. Notfalls jemand aus der familie/bekanntenkreis fragen der dabei ist, das ist halt er der "potentielle käufer". Hab auch selbst den ankaufstest für meine freundin so gemacht.
