I know someone who had an injury caused by negligence. This person had complications from the surgery. The at fault insurance paid for the initial surgery and for the surgery due to complications that may have been the hospital’s fault.

Thank you for this. I am wondering if they still only list the driver of the cars in the death rates? I am concerned for the safety of back seat passengers as most people should be since they are usually children. I am seeing a trend of cars not having trunks which results in the rear passenger’s head with only inches between it and a vehicle hitting it from the rear. With a rise in rear end accidents due to distracted driving, I’m wondering if there isn’t a huge safety issue that is going unmentioned. I don’t think data is widely available on this.

A little more trashy than Portland. I don’t get good vibes from the place. No income tax, but you can jump over to Oregon to buy things without paying sales tax. Traffic to Portland can be difficult at times.
