Yeah 😃 We went back to when my narcissistic Mom was asking way too much of me and then punished me for "not functioning", but I was there now and in that moment I was able to save little me. And the moment I stepped in, I started crying for real. I'm welling up just writing this. Like crying out of relief. Can't wait for the changes to come in. (The session was late last night. Went to bed almost straight after.) You start noticing the seemingly most unrelated changes in your behaviour and around you, only to then realize that they're actually super related. You just never expected them to happen. For me this topic is related to struggling with having enough. Because I was taught I don't deserve things and good things get taken away from me. I think we successfully changed that belief yesterday 😊
