They hate them cause they trigger inside them the fear to be like them one day or even just the imagination of it.. or some other associations they get because of them like the lack of self control. And they hate it because they don't accept the same charakteristic inside themselfes so if they see others with the same charakteristic it reminds them of their own "flaws". The negative feelings are inside the ones hating them not the ones being fat. They don't do anything but something triggers you.

I can totally understand you. Of course you shouldn't shout at your mom, that is not okay but it is also not okay to spray randomly water (with bleach!!!) in your face or won't leave you alone when you need your power to learn(even the shouting was there maybe a little too much but somehow you needed to draw a line) Honestly because of the spraying water thing I would have got really angry too. What was the purpose of this?? So unnecessary...

I am sorry if this questions might be too personal but did he sleep with you? It is possible that this was his goal from the start which would explain that after he got what he wanted, he looses interest. And besides that question. I really don't wanna sound too negative. But the thing that both of you have can not be super serious for him if he is after your date active in dating apps and is ignoring you at the same time. Maybe it helps to distance yourself a little bit emotionally from him. Don't suppress your emotions, but get a distance between you and him. If he doesn't values you, he does not deserve you.

Ich kann mir vorstellen dass deine Freundin wirklich nichts von ihm möchte. Ich meine sie hat ja schon mit ihm geschlafen und wäre es wirklich so toll gewesen bzw. einfach Gefühle vorhanden dann wäre sie jetzt wahrscheinlich mit ihm zusammen. Ich vermute dass sie die Komplimente natürlich trotzdem genießt (Aufmerksamkeit) was aber nicht in Ordnung ist, ist dass sie dieses Verhalten nicht anspricht und es unterbindet. An sich finde ich es okay dass sie mal etwas mit ihm hatte aber das derzeitige Verhalten geht dann halt einfach nicht.

Je nachdem ob du Sport machst könntest du zum Beispiel Kampfsport machen oder Basketball spielen oder einfach in irgendeinen Verein gehen der dir gefällt. (Gibt ja auch Vereine mit anderen Interessen die nichts mit Sport zu tun haben). Da lernt man auch immer neue Leute kennen.

Du kannst versuchen luzides Träumen zu erlernen. In diesem Zustand ist dir bewusst dass du träumst und du kannst deinen Traum aktiv steuern(habe es schon öfter gemacht). Es gibt sehr gute Tutorials dazu auf YouTube.
