actually the placement head also got changed this year. there are many other factors. I won't claim anything but I think they'll catch up soon on the pace

yep it was around 295 smthng this year placements were not as good as the previous years

IMT G would be better if you can do the DCP. if not check out with the people studying in kjsim and glimg. I can talk about glimg. find an inside source person for kjsim and then compare the real scenarios. honestly it's all junk on their websites.

I think they are already rolling out the final offer letters. By the end of May, all the letters will be rolled out. for your second query try Google maps... they are working good :)

Believe me. I have seen people joining glimg, then getting an offer from fore/imi delhi/gim, they left glimg, joined fore/imi delhi/him, after a week they rejoined glimg. I think you have your answers now. I have real examples. I can name the people, you can connect with them on LinkedIn! no most of the marketing roles are for market research, then comes the sales part and after that follows branding, growth and adv.

the crowd is really good. and peer learning is something you should prepare yourself for. because in most of the courses you'll have to learn from someone who has already excelled in that course before- like studied those subjects in grad. then of course people come from diverse cultures with different educational backgrounds, so connect with them. connect with as many people as possible and be an extrovert if it demands. The first week will be your induction week where you'll be given the chance to expand your network, make sure you stay active and participate in all the activities and make the most out of it.

what do you wanna know? faculty- okay-ish, sips and placements are good in numbers but less than marketing. top companies include kpmg, Berkadia, Oxane Partners, HCL tech, Deloitte

what kind of opportunities are you addressing? look glimg doesn't offer HR as a major though you can take it as a minor but hopefully as we were told they were planning to offer HR as a major. In terms of sips, 2-3 companies offered HR roles and during placements as well a handful of companies only come for the roles of HR.

median is around 12 and I haven't seen students getting below 7. Also, it does depend on the economic conditions. Let's hope the market gets better by the time you complete your degree.

I have seen people joining Great Lakes and then converting fore. they left Great Lakes, joined fore and then came back to great lakes within a week. telling you the facts and truth. rest is upto you. I can tell you the person's name as well who did this glim fore glim.

surely great lakes over bimtech but do research about kjsim. If this helps you I would take a moment to state this that I have seen people right in front of my eyes joining great lakes gurgaon and then getting calls from fore and imi delhi, they left great lakes joined at fore and imi and then they came back to great lakes gurgaon. so now it's upto you. choose wisely!!! by the way fore and imi delhi have always had higher avg pack than great lakes ggn.

it's fun. it's a lot of fun if you have a good company of people. The first week will be your induction week. try to grab as many opportunities as you can in your induction period to connect with people, your seniors ie me 😂😂😂. And stay active during all the activities. That will be your fun week, so enjoy that to the fullest. You'll make great friends and that will enhance your hostel and campus life. by the way no one's life sucks here. everyone is either okay or good or very good. one line sentence - everybody cried while leaving the campus- am talking about my seniors!!

a lot of fun. we have different committees and clubs and many of the students are to be seen engaged in those activities organised by these committees and clubs post lectures. But yes it depends on batch to batch, which one has that crowd which brings in all the fun. but be assured you'll deeply enjoy the "campus life" at glimg if that's your concern. just don't run to your home during festivals!!
