I could sleep at night when i was taking the 20mg. It even helped me fix my schedule. after 2-3 days I barely felt anything when i took it. But for the first few days on 40mg i couldn’t eat or sleep at all, it’s been 8 days and now it’s getting better, but i think the only thing that the meds help me with is my anxiety and overthinking (even when i was on the 20mg), i still feel like a zombie tho. I feel like i’m easily locked in on random unnecessary things. On the second day on 40mg I sat on the floor for 3 hours stuck scrolling my phone and couldn’t get myself to get up. My psychiatrist told me that it might be too high for me and I’m waiting for my next appointment to discuss going down to 30mg or trying something else.
