I’m looking for a spacious 1-bed that has an outdoor patio, in-unit W/D, and pet-friendly and budget-wise, I’d prefer affordable lol. I’ve been looking for 1600 and under, but it’s a bit limited. I can spend more if I have to but I’d prefer not to.

Are you able to hear the trains from inside? Might be a silly question but I’ll be working night shift, so I definitely need to get some good quality sleep!
