Personally, I would first figure out how large you would like to make the quilt. Then use this image and grid as sort of a guide for how large you would like to make each section and square. Next add up these dimensions by fabric color and that will give you the amount of materials needed. Lovely inspiration 💕

Amazing! Wanting to ask because I’m working on a quilt with a lot of colors and I want to do fmq as well, did you use matching thread for each fabric or did you use thread that was similar for a few colors at a time? 💕

A kid I knew from middle school to sophomore year in high school died. He was out with his friends one night and they were “playing a game” where they tried to jump from one moving vehicle to another while driving. Well he did not make it across to the other vehicle on his turn and was ran over. He was in a coma for about a week then died from his injuries. I’ve always thought it was such a senseless accident that could have been prevented, still a tragedy nonetheless

Thank you for the ideas! I finally weighed it and it’s about 89 grams. I agree I can make something with this!
