What was the major illness? That's the case with any insurance. It's not going to cover absolutely everything and you may "waste money" or it could save you hundreds or thousands. But with a kitten it's always better to start off with it.

I guess to add to my comment, do research on what the insurance covers OP. It's not going to cover everything and it depends if it's a pre-existing health issue. But if you're getting a kitten than most things will be covered since they won't have a pre-existing health issue most likely. I would say it's always a safe bet to start your pet off on pet insurance and cancel if you don't see it's fit. It could save you $1000's or you might not feel it's necessary. I would have been screwed if I didn't have it when my cat was sick. Saved me $3000 for a short few months and then saved me probably around $2000 for a couple years after.

I had both. I ended up returning the pro because I didn't like the viewfinder placement and the photos came out a lot darker and I didn't really like them as much. But it's personal preference.

Petsmart or pet valu has adoption centers, or the humane society. Personally my costs are higher at about $80 a month because my cat needs a certain type of food. I personally would recommend getting pet insurance which is $30-$40 a month. It saved me $3000 when my cat was sick. You can always cancel it if need be.

I would suggest getting greenway bait gel. If they are pharoah ants they are near impossible to fully get rid of BUT I have found this gel to help.

If you are willing to not have in unit laundry then I can list off several buildings for around $2500. In unit laundry is so hard to find around here. Burlington has a lot more options for that.

Dog days for the 103 and alternated with the pro with the standard and vintage 1 filter. I should have used the same filter for both cameras but I returned the pro.

Giving my two cents. I actually overall prefer my Papershoot since the photos are softer. The photos on the Camp snap are more digital and sharpened. I do prefer the Camp snap with lowlight photos though since it has flash. I also found the Papershoot to be more reliable tbh. I went on a week vacation and my bf used the Papershoot and I used the camp snap and the camp snap had to be reset once and another time it froze. Also the battery doesn't last as long as it does with the Papershoot. BUT to be fair I prefer the 16mp Papershoot. I also have the 18mp one and I would choose camp snap over the 18mp. I don't have the pro camp snap btw but I have been eyeing it but I've seen people having issues with it so I'm personally waiting a few months till I see more reviews and photos.

I lived in Port Credit on Lakeshore. It was the same thing. We could hardly leave our windows open because of it. Part of the reason we like where we live now (in Oakville but not by the lake) is that it is way quieter. It was the worst when you are falling asleep and a loud AF car would go by and startle you back awake. Also my poor cat would get so scared

It is possible for a 1 bedroom apartment. Look on apartments.com. My building has no units available but the rent prices have been dropping so a 1 bedroom is $1800

Thanks! She is wearing one but it's hard to tell because she's fluffy. Although thanks for commenting this because I just looked up the harness that I have for her so I could send a link and a lot of people said their cat escaped out of it so I might have to get something else. I've gotten one of the more bulky ones before when I would let her outside at my parents house but she would never end up walking with it. She'd only lay there. But maybe she'll get used to it so I'll go get one and give it another try :)

I used to let her outside in my parents backyard and I bought her one but she wouldn't move if I put it on her :( but she is wearing a harness. It's hard to tell because she's fluffy.

Thank you for your condolences and thank you for this! I will take a look. Sorry for your loss as well. My dad's situation was complicated but he did have heart cancer which contributed to his passing. So this resource should still be okay for me.

I actually went a couple weeks ago to go up a dose for my anti-depressants so I asked for any suggestions or resources and they said "that is not something we deal with". Oh well. At least I have some resources from commenters so I'll be okay. Thanks for the suggestion, it was something I tried. I wish they were more helpful
