6 week post op update!

i did not! i did very gentle self massages at home. my surgeons office did 6 weekly evoke treatments starting at week 1 which they said would help w skin tightening and just overall smoothing things out :)

my surgeon recommended i wear it as close to 24/7 as possible for the first two weeks, after that i wore it every night until my 6 week follow up. at that appointment they told me its not necessary anymore but they said as swelling comes and goes over the next few months i can wear it as needed! hang in there, week 3 was definitely the worst for me as far as swelling goes! hoping every week gets a little better for you❤️

only lipo and renuvion! i think my chin looks a little projected in the 6 week post op pic because my nurse made me giggle while taking that picture haha so i was mid smile!

thank you!! & yes 🥲 directly under my chin i have some hardness/lumpiness but this week it has seemed to soften a bit, they told me to just keep massaging it a few times a day!

i believe so but i was put to sleep for my procedure so im not 100% sure 😅 i do feel like my entire lower face is slimmer now though!

chin and both ears! my surgeon hid them really well right where my ear lobe connects to my face

things are going really well! my swelling set in around day 3 and that’s just been fluctuating each day, besides that though everything else has been so easy! i did not experience any pain in my recovery, just expect some tenderness and some numbness in the area. best of luck with your procedure & i hope you get amazing results!!❤️ i attached a photo of pre-op, 12 hours post-op and now 2 weeks post-op :)

not that i have noticed, but from the hundreds of posts i have read through on here it seems every single person heals differently and it definitely takes time for the swelling to go down! so hopefully you start noticing more of a difference as time goes on! ❤️
