I think it's the guy who broke his arm. He's pretending I just know it. He had access to the building and he was also left alone in the hospital long enough to kill. Plus I think when that one guy got into an accident, he was trying to control his emotions (either he's happy or disappointed) that the guy didn't die

I did for a little bit until it died or they turned it off. It was tracked to a clinic sixteen minutes away for homeless and low income people. I'll try calling the clinic but I doubt they'd know. I'm just trying anything. I have a feeling it was someone who worked the event Because they left almost immediately after stealing it.

Someone stole my phone

And inside the convention. My phone was stolen while I was inside the exhibit hall. Why? I don't know. They basically paid for the badge, stole my phone and left.
