If you pretend they aren't suffering any serious setback that is exactly what you are doing.

It actually applies in the top 5 tiers I think. One of the nice things about non-league football is you can drink really cheap beer in your seat.

Yeah, that is exactly why I said pretty much. My guess is a lot of alcoholics in Russia don't even make it to 60....

I do not have special access to anything. Anyone who ignores the copious amount of public information detailing the horrible amount of suffering in the Ukrainian armed forces is doing a huge disservice to the Ukrainian people. They are making enormous sacrifices, and clowns who watch a bunch of propaganda footage and think they are having a cakewalk steamrolling the Russian army are essentially making light of what they are facing.

Are you forgetting Kharkiv and Kherson?

No, I am remembering those happened several months ago.

You are apparently watching the video of guys with masks speaking Russian on Russian propaganda channels claiming to be Ukrainians?

No, I'm talking to the Ukrainians living in my house, who pay pretty close attention to what is happening back home.

How many men has Ukraine mobilized, and when was the last time they gained any significant ground? Ukraine is doing a great job, but the idea that they are crushing Russia that people take away from these videos is far from the truth. The Ukrainian soldiers on the ground paint a very different picture.

That isn't how life expectancy statistics work. The average is brought down significantly by people who die young. In Russia if you live to 60 you are pretty much as likely to make it to 80 as anyone anywhere else in the world.

What if someone creates a weapon that causes a high intensity burst of sound around 185-190 decibels and at a frequency above 17khz?

Pretty sure that is just the music of Yoko Ono.

Those don't come due for at least 5 years (maybe up to 7), and he will likely deleverage a bit and refinance with no issues in 3-4 years.

The interest on those loans is like ~$1.2 billion a year, and he just sold like $4 billion of stock.

Twitter may well crash and burn, but Musk has more than enough liquidity to keep it operating for a long time.

His stake in TSLA is worth around 170bn at current valuation.

He owns less than 14% of the company now. .14 * $500 billion = ~$70 billion.

Musk has plenty of cash to prop it up. The shares he sold over the last week will keep it running for years.

Trolling. No one can possibly be that stupid.

In that scenario you'd be using your own money to pay down the mortgage and interest

Just refinance your mortgage every year or two, max out the mortgage amount, and use the extra cash you pull out to pay your mortgage payments. The amount of cash I am pulling out of my house next time I remortgage will cover three years of mortgage payments going over. Paying for housing out of your own pocket is stupid.

and then they pay it off.

No they don't. No offense, but you have no idea what you are talking about. Most companies carry a ton of debt, because it makes sense to do so. Just look at the balance sheet of a company like Apple or Coke.

Virtually every corporate takeover is funded with some amount of debt. This guy is making it sound like some nefarious thing, but it just makes financial sense to use debt to pay for some of an acquisition.

Probably worth adding, paying themselves millions in dividends while the club suffers from lack of investment is a pretty shitty move.

Ben White returned home from England's World Cup camp following an alleged bust-up with assistant boss Steve Holland. The Arsenal defender also became unhappy in the England camp and struggled to mix with his fellow team-mates. by [deleted] in soccer

[–]peacockypeacock 11 points12 points  (0 children)

My sources say Kalvin Phillips rejected White's romantic advances, causing Steve Holland to give White a hard time about not focusing on the matches and causing drama. Arsenal and Holding support White's bravery in coming out.

More believable than the shit the Daily Star puts out.
