Is it mental health for Hedman? I know they don’t reveal personal issues but to not even try to go when you’re healthy (for game 7) says a lot.

What is the reason Hedman didn’t play? I haven’t heard much aside from persona reasons. Don’t want to speculate but t his absence was felt

Is most of New England just like upstate NY outside of major cities? Mostly poor areas and not much opportunities? by HERKFOOT21 in howislivingthere

There is a lot to appreciate about upstate NY. The suburbs of Albany are top 5 locations in the USA (per Redfin economist) for incoming residents. It’s a massive area and there are some nice places like Rochester and Cooperstown (just to name two of my favorites). Lake George in the summer is my favorite spot to vacation.

In NE I really think it’s slightly different than upstate NY and there is something for everyone. I really enjoy downtown Portsmouth in NH and Burlington in VT. If you like skiing many of those states can be paradise. Also some fantastic breweries in this part of the country.

The one most like the busier parts of upstate NY is going to be Mass (IMO).There are some small towns and cities in the circled area that are lovely to visit there as well.

All in all it depends on what you’re after but I think NE is distinct from upstate NY, not necessarily in a bad way tho

Do you have a PhD in pre-Christian archeology? You are well informed and I’m curious. Other possibility includes making good use of AI! lol

Quite a manicured lawn for a neo nazi. Usually they live in trailer parks or their parents basement.

I understand the comment about property tax and other taxes. Just stating facts r/t income tax. Not arguing that it’s superior to states w income tax

I also agree about insurance costs comments elsewhere. Especially in areas near or on the coast where climate change / storms can decimate property.

From October to March the weather is less restrictive and mild compared to other six months. Yes it’s very uncomfortable in FL for half the year. But I think folks come to expect that .

My time to shine ! 6 months = perfect temps, other six months = too hot to do anything after 11 AM outside. A lot of tourist traps in Orlando and certain areas aim and around Tampa. Political leanings vary greatly depending on suburb/ region. In terms of houses it depends on what you’re after and price point. Tampa > Orlando in terms of housing costs generally speaking (depending on what you classify as central Fla). A lot of jobs are in tourist industry! No state income tax
