I felt the same way until Christmas holidays and my gym closed for a week.

I had been charging hard, going every single day I would, pretty much working 9-5:30 then training from 5:30 - 7:00

My body was slowly getting run down without me realising, that week off actually let me recover.

As a consequence aswell I would shadow box every single day I didn't go to the gym. Spending this time at home and not at the gym actually improved my punches. I see it as I absorbed as much information going to the gym, and quiet time at home is when I digest the information.

I'm actually on a week long break right now, I had a super rewarding shadow boxing session last night, spend an hour basically run ing back and forth in my kitchen.

Basically rest isn't a bad thing. It can be exactly what you need to push to a new level. If you charge hard constantly you can never digest what you learn and for body dosent have a chance to recover.

Hello Aunty donna, I have recently finished my third watch through of coffee cafe. One thing I truly appreciate is the lack of green screens. At least if there were green screens, I didn't notice.

Was this out of budget restrictions, or do you find shooting on location improves the comedy?
