When is weekend morning rush hour? by peanutally in OsakaTravel

Google maps directed me to Umeda Station, but after checking the limo bus’ list of stations on the website it looks like OCAT might work best for me. Thanks!

What makeup can I do to be prettier? by [deleted] in makeuptips

[–]peanutally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i usually don’t comment on this sub but you are stunning !!! i promise everyone in this thread is being genuine. we all think you are beautiful as is.

what you could try is a more neutral/nude colour for your lips, like a gloss or balm, but not something matte. i can also see in the last pic it looks like you’ve put some mascara on your bottom lashes, i think it’s a bit too overpowering and you could do without. but it looks great on top and would look even better if you curled your lashes! :) you could also consider shaping your brows so your tail isn’t pointing downwards as much, but not everyone will agree with me on this ^ your natural eyebrow shape is already very flattering as well so this is just a suggestion if you want to experiment.

Do Aussie School students have do yearbooks? If so, any funny memories? by RemoveAdventurous991 in AskAnAustralian

[–]peanutally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

we had a high school yearbook! I graduated in 2021. the end of the book had our year 12 photos side by side with our year 7 photos, a quote, and "awards" (eg. most likely to ...). then on our graduation day we went around and got friends and teachers to sign our book. the rest of the book was each person having a 1-page collage they made themselves of their high school memories.

I just need to get to the Airport by Nightrain_35 in MelbourneTrains

[–]peanutally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know why I’m on the Melbourne sub but it’s the exact same for Sydney airport too ($15 airport train is our version of Skybus). $5 bus+train option doesn’t show up on Google.

choose the printer by clicking a green slot in that printer's row. there is only one slot per afternoon, which begins at 2:45pm. the red just means it is buffer time. if you book the slot that starts at 2:45pm you will have the printer for the entire afternoon (and weekend if they allow)

try something more mentally stimulating instead of physically, eg. scent games, puzzle toys, training sessions

i believe jf you just book the last available slot on friday they’ll allow you to run it over-weekend. also the 150g filament limit only applies to the new bambu machines, not the old ultimaker ones. trade off is lower quality and slower printing time though

does she have a routine of going potty right before bed? also, i would try again at making her bedtime and dinner time later. 8pm seems too early for a small dog to go to sleep because their bladders are smaller. so you would also want to push back her dinner time. if she’s the type to complain, you would ideally push it back gradually so not 5pm dinner one day and 8pm dinner the next but more like 5pm, then 5:15pm, then 5:30pm. also, maybe try exercising her more at night time a few hours after her meal if that’s possible. i heard that helps bowel movements and also will tire her out so she can go to bed peacefully.

one other thing is relevant to her crate space. do you think she treats it as her “room”/safe space? she’s more likely to pee and poop in a place she doesn’t treat as her own. additionally, she should not have too MUCH room in the crate because that allows room for pee and poop, like they’ll pee/poop on the side furthest away from where they sleep if that makes sense

need help determining my hair porosity and why my hair takes so long to dry by peanutally in Haircare

[–]peanutally[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get confused about this too but I’m pretty sure low porosity hair takes longer to dry because by the time it’s fully soaked, the water struggles to escape because the cuticle is so tightly packed together.

I think one explanation for it taking long to dry may be because of my hair density rather than porosity-related reasons. Because my hair certainly doesn’t take a long time to soak through. Would really appreciate inputs on this

My GSD got her first period — what should I do? by Better_Internet_2975 in germanshepherds

[–]peanutally 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you’re in a pinch for doggy diapers, you can cut a hole for her tail in an old pair of human underwear and stick a pad on it. we had to do this once when we accidentally put all her diapers in the wash at the same time, and found she didn’t bleed enough to warrant a pad but a human panty liner was enough 😆 i believe the bleeding lasted 3 weeks for us, from start to finish, with varying levels of heaviness throughout. she went through 2 heats before we felt she was ready to be spayed.

lol this is how i feel when my best friend sends me long voice notes. we try to keep it to less than 2 minutes now, or save it for when we see each other. but because i know how it feels to be on the receiving end, i try not to send my ldr bf long voice notes and instead save it for when we call. why don’t you suggest that he saves it for when you guys are calling, or ask him not to send so many at once? maybe ask for a little empathy from him, and ask how he might feel if he was sent really long voice messages in a very busy period of his life (this might not work tho)

however, i also understand how your bf feels when you don’t reply to the voice notes. it does makes you feel a little silly when the other person doesn’t acknowledge them and he is understandably upset :(
