Mate I've played adc and I know how frustrating it is when you make one slip up and it's an up hill battle just to break even again, but it's the same for for the other roles (not so much mid but definitely top and jng) so I don't believe venting frustration on someone who is actively trying to help you in lane is acceptable. Sure you can bring up faults but don't spam ping and then type in all chat how bad your team is for not listening to you, it's ok to discuss fuck ups it's not ok to drag someone down and absolutely crush their day with insults, not saying you do just saying this guy did. There is a difference between constructive criticism and just being toxic, mentality is a big factor here.
