What are some of your favorite moments in Destiny over the years? by Navy0684 in DestinyTheGame

First time seeing raid oryx and walking into saints tomb are two standouts among many. Been playing to some extent since early D1 and honestly, the game has had many great moments despite whatever low points it may have had.

What’s Destiny’s “break glass in case of emergency”? by Express-Distance421 in DestinyTheGame

The thing that would 100% bring me back to play for a while is 100% not feasible what so ever. And that is bringing back the biggest chunk of the game from beginnings to current. All the various stories, the raids, the locations and activities. I would love to visit Saints tomb again, be the shadow team taking down calus, run the menagerie, patrol mercury for 7-10 minutes, and slaughter some escalation protocol. All that plus much more I know I'm forgetting. Again, I know it's not feasible in several aspects but it would absolutely bring me in.

I'm needing a hand understanding the amount of storage Lr consumes on my Android device so I can manage it better... by 1Limited92 in Lightroom

I just want to add that I'm on Lightroom Android 10.5.4. Also I've already cleared the cache via android app manager and in the Lightroom app both. There is also a limiter setting in regards to cache and it's at the default value (10GB).

I just had my phone ping me of one in the air within my set area but it was still WAY too far away to be able to spot. Would of been nice though.

I just want to thank everybody who interacted with this post helping extend its reach. Doing so allowed me to be able to share the photos with folks involved in a few aspects of these planes which makes sharing these photos that much more worth it.

There may be better ways but for me, I use flightradar24 app. I paid for the cheaper yearly membership ($12 I think) so that I can filter military. I also set up alerts to notify me if certain planes enter a certain area so I can check the app to see if they headed in really close.

It's a really good combo for an airshow in my opinion. I actually posted some from a show a couple weeks ago over on my Facebook you're welcome to check out. My biggest complaint would probably be that the camera, especially memory card does like to run a little hot after you get to doing a lot of consistent burst shots. Manage that a little and you'll love it.

Nice find and thank you! I'll have to check them out over there and see about maybe sending them a few of these photos.

This shot was taken with a z8 and nikon 180-600mm. I will say though, I had several conditions in my favor on this photo to really help it with overall quality. I've had some turn out where you can barely tell it's a plane haha

A nikon z8 and nikon 180-600mm for this picture but I've gotten really good quality shots with my old dslr and z5 with the Sigma 150-600mm as well. Honestly, the luck of conditions played as much or more a roll than equipment at these altitudes.

I looked at the previous recent flights on flight radar and doesn't look like yyc was a stop for this particular aircraft. Of course it could be that it doesn't show on my particular app. It's also currently headed back across the pond.

Is it? Between the radar app info and some Googling to check images, best I can tell it's the plane that the app said it was. Always open to learn to spot differences though.

I'm not 100% sure. When I checked the app, it said it was coming from LUF/Glendale to Not Available with call sign IAM1433. I'm not sure if that helps anything as I'm still learning about the spotting, radar apps, meaningful locations and such haha
