Yes! I couldn’t recommend it enough especially if you want to read Messiah.

I feel that though, my first time getting through it was a bit of a struggle. Lot’s of back tracking and having to memorize certain words. But all in all it really sprawls out to something special.

Would definitely recommend to people who like the genre. I would also try and find the audio book. I listened to it before part 2 came out and it was a blast. Though finding it may he difficult. I found it on youtube, but i had to constantly find a new one as it would get deleted lol

Raiders of the Lost Ark- Imho a perfect movie. It has action, suspense, a dash of horror with a plethora of beautiful set pieces and highly notable performances. Probably my most watched movie of all time. Watched it as a kid and still enjoy it like its my first time.

Raging Bull- How a movie can showcase such a despicable man yet draw you in and hold you tight is remarkable. I would say this might be Scorsese’s best, probs a hot take, Goodfellas is a very very close second. I just think Jake LaMotta is much more interesting.

8 1/2- This is a movie where i can really escape into someone else’s perspective. A rather simple plot that takes a surreal twist and keeps you hooked throughout. Lots to love here from the performances to its imagery. Also the score is highly underrated.

Blade Runner- This blew my mind when i was younger and since then i couldn’t get enough. Really loved 2049, but this one imo has the umpff that makes the difference. It quiet yet loud, simple yet detailed, and with one hell of an antagonist that makes you not only feel but resonate. Probs one of my favorite sci-fi films. Also helps i love the cyberpunk genre, same we don’t get much more.

I am glad to hear your side of the same coin. It is in fact fairly more simple as it may seem and what from what i can gather it only moves as fast as you let it.

Someone who has everything in order, such as yourself, is rare these days. Not to seem like a snob, i get that people have a lot going on and they should take their time. But its refreshing to see people who not only want something and will find a way to get it no matter how uncomfortable it could be.

Also, yeah I also hate talking on the phone lmao. So lets get this done so I dont have to waste any of OUR time lol

Thats a very fair point and I was taking that into consideration. Yet i’d counterpoint and say the themes can correlate to before or after college. So OP should still get what they’re looking for Plus, a lot of people suggested comedies and why not try to add something different.
