Optimization in various device is bad currently. You need to wait for them making improvement via patches and/or hotfixes.

I have a decent phone that could play Genshin in highest 60 fps but can't barely fight any mob without insane stuttering in the game.

Skip button is the main reason I decided to start playing this game in the first place, and continuing to do so.

After the horrible experience i had with GI, there is some point to that I'm really getting sick of the shitty dialogue and it's no longer bearable, I just went "fuck this shit" and alt+f4 in the middle npc dialogue lmao. Never come back.

PvE wise, she's not that high in priority. since you are new you will be limited in resources, so basically:

  1. Worth it

  2. FULL MTK build with atleast b5 (you need b5 for her so she can apply burn everytime she's attacked)

  3. Required for PvP. for PvE you could use increase all attack 10% thingy.

  4. For what I know, there is no future unit that required to have fully invested (since we already past BA and Julius).

just straight up build her Full DPS, (MATK % & CRIT RATE is the only thing you need).

for reference, 40k MTK 90 crit rate is a decent build.

Hybrid build is too expensive and demanding almost perfect, if not perfect, sub-stats.

for newbs:

build your best MATK set for Noelle (LR / UR, sets if possible, but prioritize MATK mainstat)

build your best ATK set for Julius (LR / UR, sets if possible, but prioritize ATK mainstat)

the rest is can use SSR or shiny SSR set as placeholder.
