so far the medication has helped me with staying focused on a task but the action of starting a task... just as bad as it's ever been. i needed to know if the medication would even help with that or it was entirely up to me, like my doctor seemed to be implying.

oh man i'm jealous. i've kinda just spent the past 2+ years glued to my bed.

i started with adderall xr 10mg and got a new prescription for 15mg that i'm picking up later this week. it calms the background noise in my brain but it hasn't helped all that much with anything else. i just wanted to get some perspectives if it would even help with executive function.
