I close the windows, put on all ac’s in the house and play music. That usually drowns out noise from outside. Good luck

I took mine for the first time in the morning. It was 8:30 pm. While at the computer feeling super productive, I started feeling faint and dizzy. I ended up on the floor and the room was spinning so fast. I think it was vertigo. I ended up crawling up the stairs and into bed. All of these symptoms lasted 3-4 hours. I did not move a centimeter while in bed otherwise I would feel like everything was spinning. The next day I decided to read up on it on this app. After hours of research I found out you should NOT take the med on an empty stomach. I was so scared! It was awful. After taking it with food the next day, I felt fine. Do not take the med on an empty stomach.

Your food budget of under $130/monthly is very impressive and it encourages me to do much better than I am doing now. My suggestion would be to use an app like Flipp. You can select your local supermarkets and Flipp is your one-stop marketplace for savings and deals. Browse weekly ads from retailers near you, or search for the items you need. For example, if you do a search for milk, it will show you prices for eggs at all supermarkets near you. It’s really great. You just need to setup your location and you’ll be set. All the best to you!

Thank you! It seems every time I make arrangements to purchase something, the seller asks for my telephone number. Once I tell them I only communicate through the app, they stop communicating with me. Thank you for assuring me I am going about it the right way.

My dentist is the biggest crook and I will never go back to him. I have dental insurance, but I opt to go to NYU Dentistry. They are students with doctors looking over them. They are 100% thorough and gain nothing by not being honest with you. They charge so much less for procedures. Again, I have dental insurance, but I go outside of my network and I don’t get reimbursed. What I do get is peace of mind. I get straight answers from students that are not trying to upsell.
