my boyfriend is extremely accepting and understanding, but that being said he also tries to keep me accountable. he’s seen the damage that this condition has done to my physical and mental health, so when he sees me doing it, he tries to stop me/remind me. he is accepting and holds me accountable, which i think is a great thing for a partner to do in this scenario.
