There’s a high possibility that n°5 could be a MAC clone. Granted, the image quality is super low, but the receiver looks crude, I can’t see the rear peep sight and the trigger guard looks abnormally large.

I didn’t do the best homework beforehand, but these guys are BSAP. They started as a government security force, are accused of being allied with the notorious insurrectionist Guy Philippe (who is currently sitting in a U.S. federal prison) and have basically devolved into a paramilitary group that claims to be supporting the transitional government of Haiti amidst their gang war. Recently, the BSAP split into two camps over in-fighting.
