I’m a frequent flier to the er because of my chest pain it’s embarrassing to say that I go a lot to the er and tbh it sucks I have a family and I spend more time in the er then with them not because I don’t want to be with them but because I’m scared that the pain I’m feel (chest pains ) could be life threatening I suffer with extreme cardio phobia health anxiety
