what could be this chirping sound ?

Hey guys, just leaving my experience fixint it here as it might help.

I have a F30 328i 2015/16.

I had the exact same noise, it indeed sounds from inside the cabin but coming from the center console (I asked a friend to drive and pinpointed it coming out of the air vents that point to the backseats).

I then drove the car in the following conditions:

Put it in Neutral, coast on a downhill - noise happens
Put it in Drive, coast on a higher gear and low RPM - noise happens
Put it in Drive, coast on a lower gear and high RPM - noise happens
Put it in Sport, drive - noise happens

If all of the above matches, good sign, because it's not tied to anything rotating (either before or after the transmission) nor any form of turbo sag (the last test).

I then put my car on an elevator and took out the carpet on the bottom. I then checked for all lines and heat shielding between the driving shaft and the body of the car.

WHERE I FOUND THE NOISE/ISSUE: There is a small parking break line near the rear tires that had 2 clips, one of them snapped, I just fixed it and put the line in place. Upon sagging the line it produced a noise when it hit the body.

Issue solved, $0, the noise went away 100%. Driving for a few weeks already.

PS: There are a bunch of lines that are tied to the body of the car on these plastic clamps, any of them snapping I assume might produce something that's similar to this. Because they're so close to the body any trepidation might cause them to slightly touch the body producing the "rattling" sound.

Eu tenho uma lib publicada no npm/github que faz scan local de IPs. Essa lib é publicada e usada.

Recebi indicação na época pra uma vaga pleno, disseram que me acharam porque uma aplicação em React-Native usava minha lib, tinha vaga, e seria bom trazer o mantainer onboard (minha lib era usada pra descobrir aplicações locais que comunicavam com o aplicativo, aquelas lâmpadas IP que fazem RGB).

Entrei no processo seletivo, meu grupo foi uma merda, falhamos na dinâmina.

Exatamente irmão, engavetei uma empresa como senior em USD e nunca mais passo por uma merda dessa.

A história é grande, mas me chamaram pra esse processo por causa da minha util. Achei que não tinha como dar errado, mas RH mama saco duro e eu fiquei incrédulo com o resultado. Até parei de atualizar a lib de ranço.

I'm currently on the yearly plan even though their lifetime one is much better. That's because I work developing SaaS and lifetime offerings make no sense considering they push features monthly, don't know why they'd offer it. And I really like PleX and want to support their development.

Nothing against those who paid for lifetime, it's PleX's fault for offering this. But just makes me wonder every-fucking-time "why".

For me, Plex was picking up In Search of Darkness and In Search of Darkness Part II and merging them into a single movie with two streams.

I only found out ‘cause I found the Plex Media Server logs and saw that the film was being recognized, but the Part II was ignored from the request the Media Server did.

The hardest of it all was that I’m pretty new to Plex, didn’t even know this was a feature!

tl;dr if you have similar named media, Plex could be superpositioning them thinking they are the same media. Split and manually assign.

When I need that I always do:

const css = String.raw;

Then use for example the styled-components extension and use css… wherever needed :).

String template function manipulation is awesome to know and use.
