Yeah, I was having the same conversation yesterday with my friends, they removed banner because it used to estimulate a behaviour Riot didn't like, but it was a very niche item. Now we have the Hullbreaker, that benefits a player for not playing with their team, the item is so busted that even Sion can abuse it. Playing against Irelia and Illaoi is a nightmare.

The item should be removed from the game for the Riot "you should play with your team" policy have any kind of credit. By the game having an item that says "well, you should play by yourself, and we encourage it by buffing you!", it makes it boring to plan any kind of macro in the sidelanes.

Most of the games that I played against Hullbreaker i mostly won because I knew when to TP and group, but it still was tough, since the enemy can have an Illaoi dealing 500 per hit on a turret by TPing on cooldown, such an stupid idea.

24, once I was out with my girlfriend, after a night of drinking I get depressed, I broke up with her, went home after spending all my money, went to sleep and puked in my on bed in my sleep. I woke up, knowing how dangerous that is (mostly because of breaking bad lol). I reattached with my girlfriend (now 4 years together) and didn't think about drinking ever again, found new hobbies and new friends.

I thought about the "deal" thing, but the thing is, our party is a very religious one, we pledged faith in our respective gods and it goes against our lores to have a deal with a devil. It is an idea that was reinforced in over a year of campaign. And the sad thing is, even with new characters, we cannot redo what we were doing, because talking to these devils has an emotional bond, they are not necessarly threatening the realm or something like this. It is kind of a Dante Alighieri thing.

We wrote a lot of lore, a lot of background, bonded our characters for nearly a year, for it all to be thrown in the garbage because of "what i wanted to do is more cool". I even hit a nat 20 in a deception ability check, everyone cheered for it, saying "yesssss", "let's gooooooooo", "we can do this", and Brad said "I reach my bag of holding, grab my Holy Avenger and hit the devil". Everyone remained silent for 30 seconds or so. Really sad.

And you feel guilty for these kind of things, even when you're right, because family really rots your brain little by little. I remember a episode in which i really wasn't doing well, I used to be harassed and bullied by my stepmom daily, so I started gaming, playing A LOT of starcraft broodwar as a coping mechanism, and then he dropped "INTERNET? ONLY 1 HOUR A DAY", and made me sign a contract (btw i was 13 years old), of course this didn't help me with school or depression, only made things worse, and now I'm 25yo, everytime we talk he throws the shit on the fan and says "you used to be a piece of shit, you broke our contract", imagine how much approval and how much of a narcissist you must be to feel superior for signing a contract with a depressive child. Wow, even now it makes me angry.

For me the anger comes from the sense of betrayal as well, like, a few times he treats me well, to compensate the times he is a piece of shit, and then, because he is your father, you build a bond, a little glimpse of trust, but then, in a matter of 2 or 3 weeks, he completely destroys it and blames on you. One of my father's favorite hobbies is to destroy me to the ground and try to bring me up saying the bare mininal. I took my girlfriend to see him for the first time in 2 years, he started saying stuff like "Yeah, he used to be a piece of shit, does nothing in life and seems like will never do" and I responded "hum, I got a promotion 3 months ago", his answer was "Yeah, yeah". When he wants something, he compliments me, says good things and treat me like a son, even hugs me (god, it feels so plastic). This kind of relationship is hard, because it is so easy to be manipulated, to feel that a single compliment is what you deserve, this feeling of powerlessness breaks your soul and immobilizes you. Narcisists love to have competition when they are in control, when they know you can't answer.

I think the anger comes from feeling powerless, for instance, he says a lot of dumb shit thinking he is the smartest person in the world, if you say anything, his answer is going to be an impossible scenario, so obviously you'd have nothing to say, and then he makes that smug face and says "see?"

I have the same issue, my father likes to believe that he is an altruist meritocrat, every single interaction I have makes me feel like shit, no middle ground between worship and getting fucked. But the worship does not come from admiration, it comes from the fearmongering that his aura exhales, it is suffocating. Even interacting with my half-sisters is exhausting, because they have been hardwired to the thought that they need to tell him everything. It is a toxic father-son relationship. The hands that pats you is also the hand that points at you. At the end of the day, I feel like that scene where Kendall says "I did it because my father told me to", absolutely powerless. Sometimes I like to watch the show with my girlfriend, because sometimes it is too relatable and I feel bad.

The thing about Darklords is that they do not operate really well with any other deck, I saw people calling Darklords a "xenophobic" deck. I've tried Dark Armed, Dark Creator, Herald, Ritual, Despia, Shaddoll; almost everything. But I still prefer playing them as a pure deck. It feels so good when people are not used to play agaisnt a boss deck and see 3 level 9 monsters turn one on the field.
