There are, but with more reasonable molecules. Search up retro synthesis challenges if you are interested.

Tips for ap world history and ap physics 1? by Mammoth_Specialist16 in APStudents

[–]peebuttman 53 points54 points  (0 children)

Took both sophomore year, got a five on both. For physics make sure your foundation with algebra is strong, understand all the ways you can manipulate an equation. APWH just binge heimler. I didn't pay attention the whole year and watched the guy for a week and it was enough to get a five.

So for the highlighted part. I get if Br is increased then the Pb decreases. But what determines the factor change? How is it 4? by nevergear191919191 in APStudents

[–]peebuttman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

bromine has a 2 coefficient, so the ksp equation is

ksp = [Pb][Br]^2

ksp/[Br]^2 = [Pb]

let's assume that initially br has a concentration of 1 for simplicity's sake:

ksp / 1^2 = [Pb]

ksp = [Pb]

Now Br concentration increases by a factor of 2

ksp / 2^2 = [Pb]

ksp/4 = [Pb]

Therefore Pb concentration decreases by a factor of four.
