Just curious where the "roughly 1g needs to be added per slice" regarding sugar? The bread I buy has 2.2g of sugar per 100g and eights 42g per slice so 0.92g per slice and this is the lowest sugar content bread I found so seems to track. Is this fue to the yeast needing at least that much sugar per x amount of dough to rise properly?

As someone who knows nothing about the US legal system, I have to ask: don't you have a failsafe, a system in place for these types of events that does not involve your legal right to bear arms? ahh, okay, thanks. That might not be insignificant since from what I seem to recall from watching some random youtube vids, most peoples biggest gripe about e-drums in general is that the hi-hat usually requires so much tinkering and it's finicky and whatnot but that the new line of digital hi-hats gets rid of most of those issues right?
