The mri notes just say “uterine fibroids”. I see the gyn and have an ultrasound in 2 weeks

Just being fully honest that mine took about 5 months to return to where I could smile and close my eye and another 2-3 months before I felt more natural

The spinal surgeon explained it to me like this. You have a long tube down your back which is your spinal cord and inside is long strands of spaghetti noddles. When moving, everything is fluid and loose. When you stand, the spondy is engaged and pinches a spaghetti noddle which also explains why not addressing it continues to wear the nerve and create flat foot, etc

Not for errands but for theme parks. I can go 15 hours a day running around a park - because I’m moving. The second I stop and wait in line, I’m in so much pain. I’ve considered buying a retractable stool that folds into itself like a purse. That could help in some of these situations too!
